Tabata Trio
Pick 3 exercises and perform a Tabata timed session on each. A Tabata timed session is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Record reps completed for each round. To score, you add up the lowest rep total per round of each exercise OR add up the total number of reps in all 8 rounds for each exercise.
