  2. Sandbag Hop-Ups (5 reps of full back squat, explode to box jump)
II. Sting Like a Bee...
  1. Deadlift (300lbs. max reps)
  2. Heavy Bag Jab, Jab, Punch (20 R,R, L then 20 L,L,R)
-4 Rounds AFAP (as fast as possible without losing form)
