Each set: Deadlift, Bent Row, Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Finish with Push-up
Perform 6 sets at the following weights and reps:
3 reps each @ 95#
3 reps each @ 95#

2 reps each @115#
2 reps each @115#
1 rep each @135#
-modify weights as needed.
-work AFAP (as fast as possible without losing form)
